We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the ski slopes. We loved the convenience of the free shuttle service to and from the slopes, so we didn't have to worry about carrying our skis or walking up the hill. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely spoiled. They provided excellent room service and kept our spacious and clean rooms spotless. The amenities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center with a sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The food at the hotel was also a highlight, with a diverse buffet for breakfast and a high-level gala dinner. We especially enjoyed making our own juice with fresh fruits and vegetables for a healthy start to the day. our stay here was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to others.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning mountain views that surrounded the hotel. the food was delicious and diverse, and the service was exceptional. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the ski slopes, which was very convenient.

The location of the hotel was a bit noisy due to the main road nearby. this was not a major issue, as the hotel provided great sound isolation.

Although the hotel has excellent isolation, there may be some noise from the nearby road when the window is open.

I loved the spacious and clean rooms, which had a natural wooden scent. The breakfast was awesome with fresh fruits and vegetables to make your own juice, you can eat very healthy food. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch, including an outdoor pool. Additionally, the transportation provided by the hotel to the ski slopes was really helpful, ensuring I did not have to walk back up the hill carrying skis and with ski boots on.
